I went to Tokyo Shibuya to attend ADR Mediator Training Program in English. That program was held by Tokyo Administrative Scriveners Association & Kyusyu University.
Under the instruction of Professor Mrs Hisako Kobayashi-Levin, I could learn how to deliver a mediation with some foreign students of Kyusyu University and some Administrative lawers in Tokyo.
Now I’ve realized it is so difficult for the mediator to act as a neutral third party and to assist the parties to reach satisfying agreement. AS a mediator, I need more practices and trainings.
This program(learning opening statement and role play) was such an amazing experience for me.
I wanted to have more time to talk with everyone. I needed to go home yesterday. Maybe Next time.
東京渋谷で東京都行政書士会と九州大学主催の裁判外紛争解決の英語によるADR調停講座に出席しました。九州大学のレビン小林久子教授の御指導のもと、英語による調停の進め方を実践トレーニングで学びました。調停人としての難しさもわかりましたが、とてもいい経験をさせていただきました。東京会の先生方ともっとお話ししたかったのですが、日帰りで帰ってきました。また機会があれば参加させていただきたいと思います。

ヒカリエでは「ここだけ」とか「日本初出店」の店が多くて、その言葉に弱い私。パティスリーさだはるあおきさんのパリのスイーツ、買ってきました。
また東京出張の機会が巡ってきますように（笑）
